They're back! Sunday's season eight premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was chock full of the fun and family drama, fans have come to expect from the series.

The biggest moment, of course, was the much-anticipated gender reveal of Kim's baby with boyfriend Kanye West. In the last 10 minutes of the episode, Kim's doctor finally confirmed what Us Weekly exclusively reported back in February: that she and West are having a baby girl!

The happy news couldn't have come at a better time. Kim had seemed less-than-thrilled for most of the hour, stressed over her work obligations, house-hunting, and being pregnant while still going through divorce proceedings with ex Kris Humphries.

But all that changed as soon as the first-time mother-to-be -- accompanied by mom, Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney and Khloe -- learned her baby's gender.
"I'm so excited we're having a girl," she gushed. "Like, who doesn't want a girl?

They're the best. And I know that's what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl."Afterward, she seemed to relax a little.

"I finally feel like I'm at a really good place being pregnant," she said. Then, playing some of West's music for her baby, she added sweetly, "This is your daddy singing.

Showered with love, indeed! Kim Kardashian's closest friends and family celebrated the reality star's baby shower on Sunday, June 2 in Beverly Hills.

A hundred of the couple's loved ones, including NeNe Leakes,Nicole Richie, Tracy Anderson, Maria Menounos, Malika Haqq,Robin Antin, Brittny Gastineau, Lisa Gastineau,Carole Bayer Sager, Kim Stewart and Kelly Osbourne**were on hand to celebrate Kim, 32, and boyfriend, Kanye West, who are expecting their first child.

According to an eyewitness, deliveries of large white tulips and white roses were seen being brought into friend Shelli Azoff's home, where the party was held. Guests were met with valet parking guards while a mix of eclectic music played, including hits by Bruno Mars and Daft Punk.

The party arrivals started around 11 a.m. with Kim seen arriving in her Range Rover at around 11:45 a.m.

Inside the party, where cameras were reportedly filming for the upcoming new season, an eyewitness tells that the crowd sounding like were having fun at the event -- with "big cheers" and "woooooh's!" erupting from inside the party.

As for the attire, a source saya, "The sisters were dressed as garden goddesses!" Showing off their looks on their Instagram pages, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner dressed casual and chic for the party.
Kendall, 17, wore a baby blue mini dress with flowing hair and hoop earrings.

In the background, white garden furniture was shown underneath a sprawling white tent with white flowers sitting on the table.

In Khloe's picture, she's seen embracing husband Lamar Odom, wearing a long white belted gown, accessorizing the dress with a white floral hair crown.

Mom Kris Jenner's colour choice for the day? Hot pink! Posting pictures from the day's events, she showed off her Tom Ford bright pink purse and Valentino pink studded heels.

The party, which West, 35, attended towards the end, was planned by celebrity event planner Sharon Sacks.

In lieu of gifts, the couple "asked for donations to Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Bruno Mars' Mom Dies of Brain Aneurysm at Age 55

Bruno Mars is in mourning following the sudden death of his mom, Bernadette Hernandez, at age 55.

Hernandez, a hula dancer and singer from the Philippines, died on Saturday, June 1, of a brain aneurysm, the Associated Press reports.

A publicist for Mars' label, Atlantic Records, told the AP that Hernandez passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii, at Queens Medical Center no other information was given,Per the AP.

Mars' mother helped nurture her son's talent and interest in music when he was a little boy. In fact, he wrote a song, "I Love You Mom," about his parents' support of his career.

Earlier this year, he talked to Gulf News about their relationship, revealing that his favorite career moment was being able to pay her back for believing in him. "I always wanted to buy my mom a house, and that was the first thing I did with my first big check," he said.

"That was the most beautiful moment ever. I bought my mom a nice house in Hawaii, and that was before I got anything for myself," he continued. "I had to take care of mom.
